Whiskin Building Lecture Spaces

This project comprises the refurbishment and modification of Whiskin Building to accommodate additional lecture space provision required for City Law School to re-locate to the Northampton Square Campus.

All four floors of the existing 1910 building have been remodelled to provide a new suite of teaching rooms with specialist equipment dedicated to teaching advocacy. Each floor is branded with strong colours and graphics amongst vertical slatted timber panelling whilst retaining some of the original building’s semiindustrial character.

The main entrance has been transformed with a dynamic external structure creating an inviting and prominent feature along the streetscape.

This project achieved a RICS SKA rating ‘Gold’.
